Provider Terms
As outlined in the Moonpay Terms, certain components of the Services are supported or executed by regulated third-party providers (“Third Party Providers”).
By using the Iron Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
You may be subject to the terms and conditions of one or more Third Party Providers (“Third Party Terms”), depending on the nature of the services accessed and your role (as a business or an individual).
Cube Finances requires your explicit acknowledgement and acceptance of their terms. By using the applicable services, you agree to be bound by those Third Party Terms
Monerium ehf requires your explicit acknowledgement and acceptance of their terms. By using the applicable services, you agree to be bound by those Third Party Terms
HiFi Bridge requires your explicit acknowledgement and acceptance of their terms. By using the applicable services, you agree to be bound by those Third Party Terms
Fiat Republic B.V. requires your knowledge and awareness of its Acceptable Use Policy. When accessing services facilitated by Fiat Republic, you agree to act in good faith and in accordance with their requirements.

It is reiterated that this external link forms an integral part of the Iron Terms of Service. By accepting, clicking “Agree,” or simply using the Services, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable terms of Cube Finances, Monerium and HiFi, and that you acknowledge and will comply in good faith with the terms of Fiat Republic.
For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), any regulated payment services will be provided to you by Monerium ehf or Cube Finances For all customers in other areas, any regulated payment services will be provided to you by HiFi Bridge.
Provision of Regulated Payment and Exchange Services
Regulated payment services may be provided through our integration with Lead Bank. Where a customer transaction is processed through an account issued by Lead Bank, the regulated payment service is provided by Lead Bank pursuant to its applicable terms.
Regulated payment services made available to customers in the European Economic Area are provided by Cube Finances Limited, acting in partnership with NatWest, Monerium ehf, acting in partnership with LHV Bank, and Fiat Republic B.V., acting in partnership with Banking Circle. Where a customer transaction is processed through an account issued via NatWest, the regulated payment service is provided by Cube Finances Limited. Where a customer transaction is processed through an account issued via LHV Bank, the regulated payment service is provided by Monerium ehf. Where a customer transaction is processed through an account issued via Banking Circle, the regulated payment service is provided by Fiat Republic B.V.
For customers outside the European Economic Area, regulated payment services are provided by HiFi Bridge, acting in partnership with Cross River Bank. Where a customer transaction is processed through an account issued via Cross River Bank, the regulated payment service is provided by HiFi Bridge.
Any digital asset exchange services are provided exclusively by MoonPay and not by Lead Bank, Cube Finances Limited, Monerium ehf, Fiat Republic B.V., HiFi Bridge, NatWest, LHV Bank, Banking Circle, or Cross River Bank.
