Provider Terms
As outlined in the Iron Terms, certain components of the Services are supported or executed by regulated third-party providers (“Third Party Providers”).
By using the Iron Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
You may be subject to the terms and conditions of one or more Third Party Providers (“Third Party Terms”), depending on the nature of the services accessed and your role (as a business or an individual).
Monerium ehf., HiFi Bridge, and Equals Money (Equals Money Plc or Equals Money Europe SA, depending on your location) require your explicit acknowledgement and acceptance of their terms. By using the applicable services, you agree to be bound by those Third Party Terms.
Fiat Republic B.V. requires your knowledge and awareness of its Acceptable Use Policy. When accessing services facilitated by Fiat Republic, you agree to act in good faith and in accordance with their requirements.

Equals : add terms
It is reiterated that these external links form an integral part of the Iron Terms of Service. By accepting, clicking "Agree," or simply using the Services, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable terms of Monerium, HiFi, and Equals Money, and that you acknowledge and will comply in good faith with the terms of Fiat Republic.
For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), any regulated payment services will be provided to you by Monerium ehf., and any SWIFT or Local EUR Virtual Account services will be provided by Equals Money Europe SA. For all customers in other areas (excluding the USA), any regulated payment services will be provided to you by HiFi Bridge, and any SWIFT or Local EUR Virtual Account services will be provided by Equals Money Plc.
SWIFT Services Via Equals
For customers in the UK and the rest of the world, excluding the USA and EEA.
If your virtual account has a GB or BE prefix, and you are located outside the EEA, your virtual account is issued by Equals Money Plc, a company registered in England & Wales (No. 05539698), authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No. 488396), which acts as the Third Party Provider. By accepting these Terms, you also enter into a separate agreement with Equals Money Plc and agree to be bound by these terms if you are a retail customer and these terms if you are a business customer. Where you fund a transaction in a currency other than Euro (EUR), Equals Money Plc will first convert your funds into EUR at Equals Money Plc's prevailing exchange rate (which can be seen here) before those funds are made available for processing via the Iron Services. This foreign exchange conversion is a service provided solely by Equals Money Plc and is covered by Equals Money Plc’s terms linked above. MoonPay does not set, control, or guarantee foreign exchange rates applied by Equals Money Plc, and MoonPay is not liable for any FX pricing, slippage, or losses arising from that conversion. For the avoidance of doubt, MoonPay's role as merchant of record applies only to the EUR-to-Cryptocurrency conversion (or vice versa); it does not extend to any foreign exchange conversions performed by Equals Money Plc.
For customers in the European Economic Area.
If your virtual account has a GB or BE prefix, and you are a customer located within the European Economic Area (EEA), your virtual account is issued aby Equals Money Europe SA, a Regulated Payment Institution incorporated under Belgian law (Registration No. 0849.185.510), supervised by the National Bank of Belgium (NBB), which acts as the Third Party Provider. By accepting these Terms, you also enter into a separate agreement with Equals Money Europe SA and agree to be bound by these terms if you are a retail customer and these terms if you are a business customer. Where you fund a transaction in a currency other than Euro (EUR), Equals Money Plc will first convert your funds into EUR at Equals Money Plc's prevailing exchange rate (which can be seen here) before those funds are made available for processing via the Iron Services.
